Each session is led by Angelica Iuliano, Queen Professional’s Brand Ambassador and one of Australia’s most exciting pastry chefs! Angelica’s presentation, “High Tea Fit for a Queen”, is a tribute to elegance and indulgence—featuring glazed choux buns filled with vanilla bean custard, topped with shimmering Mirror Glaze and delicate sugar profiteroles. It’s a showcase of how Queen Professional’s ingredients elevate high tea offerings for both artisanal establishments and large-scale manufacturing production.
